The Matchman
Speaking of evildoers, this creepy cloaked gentleman is their grand chief and evil genius. Dr. Dejection is the commander of a globe-spanning organization of bad guys and gals called Badguys Leagued Against Humanity, or B.L.A.H., which puts itself forth as merely another corporation intent on soiling the planet.
This mysterious figure, whose true identity remains a mystery, heads a veritable army of cutthroats and renegades whose sole purpose is to spread misery, disruption and chaos throughout the globe for the sake of both profit and evil in general. He has developed something of a vendetta in his mind against Matchman, as our hero has foiled nearly every one of his plans over the years -- every good guy needs a nemesis. Dr. Dejection's chief henchwoman is Discordia.
Appearance. Tall and gaunt in flowing dark-indigo robes that hide his body entirely; his hands are large riveted metal gauntlets, and his hooded head is pitch black save for white eyes and mouth, in a jack-o'-lantern effect.
