“Tex Ali” - a grotesque sheik-meets-cowboy B.L.A.H. recruit (djellabah over blue jeans, ten-gallon hat, riding a legless spring-horse) who kidnaps Z-Girl, convinced VALCom is a “Zionist” front (#17). He spouts conspiracy boilerplate that bores even the other villains, and is fried by Z-Girl when Scott hits the deactivation button on his belt.
