She switches sides, guides Scott through the Musée d’Orsay to rescue Discordia, and - as a final moral test - is the one who returns his anti-brainwashing cufflinks to Discordia.

In the Paris comic, Ghislaine first appears as Fromagent 3, one of the women controlled by Le Grand Fromage. Once that hold is broken, she becomes Scott’s independent ally and helps him reach the captive Discordia at the Musée d’Orsay.
Her decisive role continues after the victory. Scott has voluntarily submitted to the apple to make the rescue possible. Ghislaine returns his protective cufflinks to Discordia and urges her to restore his freedom. Having experienced coercion herself, she challenges its continuation under a convenient excuse.
The final journey through Paris places her beside Scott and Discordia, free of the uniform ranks of Fromagents. Her future remains open, but her last intervention expresses gratitude through concern for someone else’s independence.
